Experience has shown that people quickly feel at ease with working this way and sometimes, it's even easier than being face to face with someone. Working on the phone somehow evens up the balance, and people can progress very quickly. It also means there are no geographical limits on who I work with; some of my clients have been on the other side of the world from my home.
